What services do you provide?
Four things: web design and development, custom software, AI and automation, and digital marketing. Most clients start with one and add the others as they grow.
How do you approach a new project?
It starts with a 30-minute call to understand the business problem. You then get a written proposal with scope, timeline and cost. Once it is approved we design, build and test in short cycles, and you review progress throughout.
What is the typical timeline for a project?
It depends on scope. A company website usually takes a few weeks; custom software takes longer and is delivered in phases. Your proposal includes a timeline you can hold us to.
How do you handle revisions?
Feedback rounds are built into every phase, so changes happen while they are still cheap to make. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted before we start it.
Do you work with clients outside Kampala?
Yes. We work with businesses across Uganda and East Africa, and remotely with clients further afield.
What happens after launch?
We stay on. Support and maintenance plans cover updates, security, hosting and improvements, so what we build keeps working.
