The terms on which Make It Happen provides this website and its services.
These terms govern your use of the Make It Happen website, which is operated by Rahmah Tech Systems Ltd (Reg. No. 80044046637390), a company registered in Uganda, trading as Make It Happen. By browsing this site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
Work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work. Where that document and these terms disagree, that document takes precedence for that engagement.
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
Unless stated otherwise, everything on this site — text, design, graphics, logos and code — belongs to Make It Happen or is used with permission. You may read it, link to it and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written consent.
Project work shown in our portfolio remains the property of the respective clients and is displayed with their agreement.
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Prices, timelines and scope shared in conversation or in a proposal are estimates until both sides sign an agreement. A proposal is valid for the period stated on it, or for thirty days where no period is stated.
When we take on an engagement, the agreement between us sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment schedule. In general:
Invoices are due by the date stated on them. Where work is paused or delayed for an extended period by matters outside our control, we may re-quote the remaining work. We may suspend delivery on overdue accounts after giving you notice.
Our work often relies on services we do not own, such as hosting, domains, payment gateways, analytics and AI platforms. Those services carry their own terms and their own fees, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing or decisions.
We treat the business information you share with us as confidential and use it only to do the work. We ask the same of you in respect of our proposals, methods and pricing.
This site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the information on it is complete and current at any given moment. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or professional advice.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Make It Happen is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption arising from your use of this site. Our liability in connection with a client engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Where we link to another website, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, and disputes fall to the courts of Uganda. We both agree to attempt a good-faith resolution in writing before starting proceedings.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
