How Make It Happen collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website or work with us.
Make It Happen is a trading name of Rahmah Tech Systems Ltd (Reg. No. 80044046637390), a company registered in Uganda and based in Kampala. We design and build websites, software, marketing campaigns and AI automation for our clients. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Rahmah Tech Systems Ltd, trading as Make It Happen.
We are the data controller for the personal information described here, and we handle it in line with Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 and the Data Protection and Privacy Regulations, 2021.
Information you give us. When you email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number and details about the project you have in mind.
Information we collect automatically. When you browse this site, our analytics tools record technical details such as your approximate location at city level, your device and browser type, the pages you visit, how long you stay, and the site or search that sent you here.
Information from working together. If you become a client, we also hold the business contact details, project material, access credentials and billing information needed to deliver the work.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand traffic and how visitors move through the pages. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data on Google's servers outside Uganda. It tells us about patterns across visitors rather than about you as a named person.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on. The site will still work, though some of our measurements will be incomplete.
We share personal information only with the service providers who help us run our business, and only as far as they need it:
Some of these providers operate outside Uganda. Where information is transferred abroad, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a comparable standard.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it takes to answer you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and then for as long as tax, accounting and legal requirements demand. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in our Google Analytics account.

We use reputable providers, restrict access to the people who need it, and rely on encryption in transit across this website and our tools. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take the protection of your information seriously and will notify you and the regulator of a breach where the law requires it.
This site and our services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
This site and our social media profiles link to services we do not control. This policy does not cover them, so please read their own privacy notices.
We update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and the current version always lives here.
